Campo Marzio was an ancient Roman territory of about 2.5 km², IV rione of Rome, originally located outside the city limits. When Augustus then divided the city into 14 regions, it fell into region VII Via Lata and region IX Circus Flaminius, it was the most populous area of Rome.
